Funk For Your Ass ReviewThis Bootsy-produced Fred Wesley venture is not the wonderful tribute to James Brown it should have been. It's a sometimes routine instrumental replaying of loved JB tunes by Fred's group, along with heavily-produced (P-funk style) numbers where Bootsy's presence is obvious. Fans of the original funksters will find the odd good track here and there, but it is unfortunately mostly uninspired... Certainly not worth the price of admission anyway!Funk For Your Ass Overview
